They're independent of components sponsors so they can run whatever they want. However they choose Shimano Di2 and bought all their sets.....

Yet he's clearly still running sram. I wonder why.

Maybe because it's early season and he's working a lot on his TT bike so haven't had the time to switch. OR they're only running Di2 on their road bikes. They can save a lot of money by holding on to their SRAM Reds. + Save alot of hassle by switching and then they have to sell the SRAM etc etc. I can think of many reasons. Maybe im completley wrong

Yes that was a nice breakaway and won all the intermediate sprints in stage 3 of Qatar. After Qatar he won a silver at the Asian championships in Malaysia and got the second best time in the Prologue for Lotto - Stage 1 at 3DAAGE was his first racing day in europe so overall i think he has done well.

Sound pretty interesting today.

Fenn and Van Keirsbulck just went 1-2 on intermediate sprint 3, getting 3" and 2" rewards

#OPQS controlling the race, with 17 km to go. Two seconds earned at the final bonification now important to Van Keirsbulck.

@TeamSky It looks like we are about to see another bunch sprint at #3dwvl as the peloton head into the final 15km.

11km to go, we're still at the front. #OPQS #3dwvl

Chicchi will not be there for the sprint. His earlier crash may have affected him. #OPQS #3dwvl.. they haven't said if he abandoned.

9km to go, rider Mark Christian (An Post-Sean Kelly) taking his chance solo. #OPQS #3dwvl

Edit: ha, ticker corrected itself. Make that Gediminas Bagdonas from An Post-Sean Kelly.
