Agree, something is not right. Moser lost 30s on 1a this morning, Basso his teammate lost only 13s on 1a, yet after the TTT they have the same time?

Has someone seen a official complete GC after 1b?

si si, GC result is not right. Ignore please. Can't find official at this point.

Apparently the initial times from first stage has been corrected, so a.o. Moser got same time as the peloton 1 second after Felline. That makes the GC ranking mentioned above true:

ok I think I figured this out after watching the video. There was a crash 2kms from the finish and the peloton split in two but they decided to neutralize that gap.

A lot of possible winners could emerge from that group. Hope Rebellin can get it, or Rabottini, would love to see him get another solo win. Think it will probably be Ulissi though. Rubiano could also do something, he's had decent form so far this year it seams.
