A brutal sprinter field.

Viviani, Forster, Avila, Belletti, Chicchi, Ponzi, Van Staeyen, Gavazzi, Rossi, etc.

Something unexpected must've happened for them all to miss the top 10.

Sky splitted the peleton on hills. There were 15 riders ahead of the peleton caught in last kilometer. Maybe they weren't able to regroup and some of the sprinters were left behind i guess.

half of those sprinters are better climbers than swift, so seems doubtful. probably a crash or a split from a crash.

Weird, an 11km team pursuit.

Will be interesting to see how they choose to split, or if it's decided by the order this morning? I'm presuming Swift, Kennaugh, Cataldo and Kyrienka would be the preferred A team anyway for Sky.

No no definitely go with Swift, Boswell, Seb Henao and Dombro
