any more photos of guatemala? that's the biggest cyclingfeast in the world

The website only had some of the riders that had the leader's jersey on the podium. The ones I used for the posts I got from a Guatemalan website, and they usually only had two at the most.

oscar sanchez was a monster talent in colombia and also in europe rode excellent. he crashed incredibly hard in late 2007. but under luis cely with gw shimano he seems to be the best he's ever been. can't wait to see more of him

Wonder what the finish would have been like had there been more riders sprinting to the finish with those cobbles.

Colombia Coldeportes cleared to start at the Vuelta a Colombia

The UCI (Union Cycliste Internationale) announced in an official release that Colombia Coldeportes Team is cleared to take part to the upcoming Vuelta a Colombia, from June 12th to 24th.
The announcement came after the UCI received all the necessary clarifications about Coldeportes’ sponsorship, as the Colombian institute of sports is currently endorsing two different teams – Pro Continental Colombia Coldeportes and Continental Colombia-Comcel, both supposed to take part to the Colombian race.
After the investigation by its technical commission, the UCI confirmed that the two teams hold different structures and administrations, hence there is no reason to rule Colombia Coldeportes out of their highly-anticipated home event.
All the team roster have flown back to Colombia to rejoin their families after four months in Italy, while the 10-man line-up starting in Puerto Gaitan on June 12th will be released within a few days.

Looks like no Vuelta a Colombia for Sevilla this year.

he's been suspended since last month or so. suspended for a year so he may be back next year may. let's hope he won't come back.
