That's odd, I looked on a site a few hours ago and it was reporting high of 59 (F) and low of 39 (F). Maybe it was pulling the reading from Bormio instead of the pass.

I do hope this isn't some death march or they have to change the route. Sounds rough right now!

May I just post up the time limits which may potentially come into play today.

It's k if they are outside the limit they can dock them of 10 of those hard to earn points.

he is in Trepalle, ~50km away from both, Stelvio and Gavia Pass

Besides the fact i cant see it anyways I don't care aslong as they race it without taking too much risks opfor the riders ofcourse.
This stage can be so decisive that I really hope it will be raced. Tv broadcast or not.

Might have already been covered but how does Quintana cope with the cold?
He seems like he is really small and that could be an issue for him.

he's from a place where it's never warmer than 11 degrees. he copes fine with cold except if the clothes can't protect him with his tiny frame.
