Nibs attacked before Froome had his mechanical

Nah video showed Nibali looking back, seeing Froome in trouble and then going.
He should have stopped and asked to help. That's true sportsmanship. ANYONE FOR TENNIS?

By that logic whenever there is a crash, every rider should stop and ask to help. Mechanicals, crashing, hunger bonks and everything else are part of the fabric of cycling. And the race is not meant to stop for any of them.
Yes. Rolland should also have stopped. Sportsmanship.

Froome has no place chasing Nibali who is way down anyway.
And Froome is the guy that took food from the car 2 years ago. **** him. He cheated.
Froome took nothing from the car

LOL no he sent Lil Richie back to cheat for him :)

lol at this. and they got the penalty required by the rules.

do you know that in 1975 de vlaeminck was getting dropped by merckx in paris-roubaix. he got food from his car outside the rules. he then caught back on and won. without it merckx would be Mr. Paris-Roubaix, not him.

de vlaeminck got fined.

thems the RULES.

ITV: it's like watching the commercial break show, with adverts of the Tour de France in between

I'll see your ITV and raise you NBCsports.

I bet ITV shows more than 5 adverts on an endless loop during the stage, not make that the whole friggen tour.

This is great reading how understanding everyone is of poor misunderstood Nibali! I have no doubt if Froome had done the same thing, that understanding would have been extended to the forums most beloved rider :)

Apparently there is only one rider in a peloton of 200 who cannot lose their place on a stage due to mechanicals, crashes and god knows what else.

I think that's the point Lyon is making. Pretty good joke, too.
