This is great reading how understanding everyone is of poor misunderstood Nibali! I have no doubt if Froome had done the same thing, that understanding would have been extended to the forums most beloved rider

I'm sure if you went back five years and Froome had attacked in these circumstances no one would given a hoot about him... if you're not in contention then why would you wait?

Where has this narrative come from that Rolland can't descend? Yesterday he took time out of Bardet on the final descent and he held Nibali today.

Seems to me that, although he may have been poor in the past, he's pretty competent now.

He's OK. Not the prettiest descender I've seen.
