Actually, I am torn because I did want to see him give a good effort and lose, but seeing him fail this bad also has its satisfaction.

There is no way he has the humility to stay in a race where he got his a$$ kicked. Finishing 18th will just not work for him. Take a picture, this may be the last stage we ever see Armstrong ride.

Larry: You've never seen weakness in character until you've seen the jokers on this board revel in the failure of riders. It's actually sad, particularly given the phenomenal rides we're seeing out of a number of teams today. Instead of commenting on those performances, it's all about the failure of a single rider. What a joke.

As a fan of cycling, the fanboy/hater dichotomy on these boards makes me sick.
