how are these things determined?

"the cars of the teams [...] in the order of the ranking of starting riders on the last UCI World men individual ranking", but no idea what that means exactly, tbh.

I thought they'd just add up all points scored by the starting riders, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

Likely not. I'm honestly thinking about making another thread... I remember it was irritating the last time because the action in the races really overlapped.

I just don’t think Jumbo can control this the whole time. Strade offers too many variables that impact the race. Then again, Jumbo has proved me wrong many times and willing to be proven wrong again.

You're definitely missing Simmons there. Great form and has this race as a big target. Else I agree with at least your first three categories, though Ala should be higher.

Kron at least showed himself in Ruta del Sol when he briefly was sitting in a four-mam group with Pogacar, Mas and Landa (?) but then he proceeded to explode and didn't show himself in the Ardèche weekend.

IMO they're two of the most interesting outsiders, along with Gregoire and Onley, who both seem suited for this race, but maybe still lacks the experience.

Jumbo aren't here with a very strong team. Still good, but not the firepower to do an Omloop.
