You don't have to like Peter Attia, I barely know him tbh, but still really enjoyed the interview. Because it shows how much thought gets into cycling (like the grams of carbohydrate needed in what interval and at what mix - fructose vs. glucose), the absolute insane level those guys are on ("I like riding in Zone 2 and go 320W-340W for 5-6 hours") and actually Pogacar's weight (66kg at his first TdF win, 65kg this year, max. 69kg in off-season - all in all actually a bit heavier than the forum was thinking). Those are nice first hand insights.
Also for that that VO2max was such a highly regarded metric for quite a while, I know already heard a few elite athletes that they actually don't care to test it. Pogacar simply said "Haven't tested for years, guess its high".
