I strongly disagree, def in the case of Formolo. He would die working for Tadej.
I don't know Majka that well, but he has done most of the training together with Tadej so I am sure they have a bond now
Judging by some of Majka's comments, he enjoys racing in this team with Tadej and I think he's ready to sacrifice 100% for him.
I have fan instagram for Tadej (suprise) and when I posted about the team, Rui Costa commented "ready to this again CHAMP", so I think he is on board too.
Bjerg also seems to on board. Of course, he's not exactly a man for the mountains - ironically enough - but they're also gonna need someone to do the work on the flat, and bring water.
It's 2021 and I'm still question where the "Majka bad teammate" comes from.

Didn't have the legs to help his captain. Was dropped earlier than forum expected. People complained he didn't care about the team.
Add "bad teammate" points if said captain was/is a forum darling.
He did moan back in 2015, but I think since then he rarely had to work for anyone else (before this year), and I think that perhaps there’s some conflation with his unwillingness to pull and take initiative as a captain.
Add more "pain teammate" points if said rider a few days later ended up in a break that got a significant amount of time, and ended up competing for the win. Because then he'd obviously just been saving himself.
And very likely ended up in a break because his captain crashed out or lost significant amount of time because he was not good enough.

Well that is 6 years ago, a lot could have changed now. He might have much more hope to so a good GC himself. I think he does not make himself any illusions on UAE. He was hired to help Tadej. And they seem to have invested building up a bond between them by letting them train mostly together.
I think if there is one on that team that will go his own way, it will be Hirschi. Unfortunately he got into the crashes today so we might never know.
Now for the big question: Is anyone gonna get him out of the white before Paris?

I believe he might lose the white maybe in stages to follow, but yes, in the end he will wear it in Paris.
