Both Pyrenean stages are very important. Maybe Pog will actually prefer to attack on Pla d'Adet stage instead and defend the next day (if he gains time on Saturday). I'm curious if Vingo will only ride defensively or will actually put the hammer down at some point (to make up time against Pogi and Remco as well).
Agreed. It's much better to control with just 150km and 3 climbs. Plateau de Beille stage is tailor-made suit for Jonas if only had the team.

Well, that's what we were trying to tell you :)
I even admited hours after the race I get it I do. I was only frustrated with Jonas cause I so badly wanted him to go with Pogacar at the end there more so for him than anyone else.. Was all it was from me. But nvm that no problem saying I get that in hindsight it was a risk involved doesnt mean it wouldnt be epic. All good and yes your right :)

It is just me or Vingegaard, is living for free in Pogacar's head?

Why this constant need to say that he's not afraid of him?

He shouldn't be afraid of a cyclist who was in a bad condition in the hospital 3 months ago.

Same reason why Vingegaard/Visma stay glued to Pogacar’s wheel no matter what.

The Tour has just finished, Pogi has taken the Aerowing Lamon (Tour 2021 sunglasses) out of the closet, so a new Col de Romme style exhibition is coming.

Lol, it's just you. The media asks him questions about Vingegaard, so he answers them.

He is so strong its hard to fathom indeed. He leaves the entire peloton in complete awe. and to their knees on a stage like this which wasnt selective even...its hard to imagine ----on top of that after he won the Giro with 10min..

We never will see a rider like him again its just insanity. Watched what Gilber and Lance and Thomas said today everyone is just on their knees blo.... him.
I don't doubt that Pogacar is very strong. But I don't think yesterday can be cited as the proof of that. He dropped nobody, and finished behind a guy who rode 50km with a broken ankle.

Yes, I saw, and greatly enjoyed the race.

Please explain who he left behind other than briefly, and what way the peloton, in which he finished, was on its knees, given that it contained a guy who was able to catch up to it, and stay in it, with said injury.

He was strong yesterday, how strong is a little hard to figure out. Vinge could follow all of his attacks except on the section with more loose gravel, but on that section Laporte and Jorgenson closed down Pog. But many other riders couldn't follow. And Pog attacked more or less on flat sections which are surely harder to get away on, and if you just get on his wheel the draft matters. And Vinge might just be in great shape also.

He didn't ride way because Visma didn't want to colaborate with him and for that reason they arrived all together, don't you agree?

Yes it was nice racing.
But I dont think Vlasov showed more raw power than Pogacar yesterday thats a weird one to determine strenght:tearsofjoy: Also the group just showcased how easy the stage and finale was and how little selective it really was I think.

Think much of it comes from how easily it seemed for Pogacar to string the entire peloton out even on a not very selective place at all and that which left people in awe and is rather rare.
