Regardless its a 12km TT not the best outliner but would be cool. Nevertheless gonne indeed be intriguing to see if he improves his pure flat TT the coming year, when it already was elite. With the rumours that he substantially further improved his position its indeed just gonne be a thing interesting to follow.

For what he would comeback? UAE Tour is really not important race for anyone except UAE.

Thanks for this. Interesting but I wish they didn't bother to describe Sivakov as a French rider? Although I will add it also reminds me of the kind of stuff we used to hear from Dave Brailsford.

The big difference is that I don’t ride easy anymore, like below 200 watts. It’s always constant pressure on the pedals

What happens on descents? I think riding below 200watts in that situation is unavoidable? So not quite "always"?

Of course he is not talking about descents. He is probably talking on flat/rolling terrain

I think Rick is funny and fun at parties unlike all here and has alot of good points usually, when he is not emotionally spiraling about a certain topic.

If I had to guess I would guess one of the first one in line is Rick doing the V sign, desperately trying to catch up to take a selfie with the bogeyman, and when that fails, its time to get online and all hell breaks lose.

Of course not but it still is a WT race so it is compulsory for WT teams. We often have really good TT riders in UAE.

It was me. But I don't think he is a real threat right now. I just think he is the only rider who can upset Pogacar one day in a finish like Huy. I say this because he is improving a lot year after year and he is very young. Other relevant thing is Nys wants to win FW. Pogacar doesn't peak for FW. Of course Nys will not beat Pogacar in 2025 but that could change in 2027/2028 if Nys continues improving like he has been improving
