Pog was likely listening to Tears for Fears singing their classic, Everyone Wants to Rule the World... Or maybe Peter Garbriel singing Big Time or Sledgehammer.. And you could be correct on consumption.. Pogacar guzzling booze..if that's the case and he still finished 3rd..people should worry.. and check travel agents, Google maps..UAE not known for abundant liquor stores!!

cervelo's stem is not more aero. Go to their website and you will not find any claims that the stem is like that for aero purposes. They originally did it to facilitate internal routing for mechanical shifting (gentler bends than other internal routing solutions). Later they dropped support for mech shifting but kept the "iconic" stem.
The aero claims for the s5 derive from the narrow head tube (due to external steerer), wing-shaped bars, and deep tubes all around. The stem is just marketing at this point.
I imagine the colnago is also mostly trying to stand out in a sea of sameness.

Have never seen a hate and such a hope for someones downfall as I saw today in the social medias. Whats gonna happen to this guys when he treats the "top 4" like they are breakaway riders throughout the season? Don't forget lombardy guys remco was 3:16 down to him in a one day race while pushing his best numbers🥺. Remco is now sitting in his couch saying pog, just don't give me hope mate
Almost noone really hoped for failure 🤣.
Doubt more than 3 people sat at their home hoping or expecting Pogacar to be outside of top 5.

Huh he said at the end of the season that he was disappointed that he couldn't get in his best shape for WC & Lombardy, so i doubt he was pushing his best numbers.

He is getting used to his new position and probably can't push watts like he used before however with better cda he can go faster. The flat TT will be interesting to see if he is more used to his new position and probably be closer to Remco than what we think.

Maybe the new bikes too, getting spitroasted by Harold Tejada and Lionel Taminiaux in an uphill sprint I didn't see coming to be honest

Go ahead and compare their best performances in a WC ITT (which is probably the best comparasion of a TT abilities) and come back with the results.

You can add his second place in UAE last year. And him beating Evenepoel (admittedly with a small crash) and a certain danish rider you're a fan of in the Basque Country. And him beating that random Italian rider Affini in Burgos.
