In Pog we trust.

P-R is a war of attrition, not a race of sudden moves. The terrain may be flat, but the brutality is relentless. It’s not just the cobbles — it’s the mental and physical erosion, the constant tension, the bike handling under fatigue.

Pog’s endurance, resilience, and race IQ might be his biggest weapons here. He doesn't need a sharp climb to make the difference — he just needs the race to get hard enough, for long enough. And let's be honest, if there's one guy who could turn Roubaix into a battlefield of attrition and still have something left in the tank at Carrefour de l’Arbre, it's him.

MSR is easier and a poker, P-R is a horrible race for the riders, a death by multiple cuts.
If Pog can hang on through the chaos and stay upright, he might just do something historic.

I am confident. Can't wait anymore.

This is why I think Pogacar is a favorite to win PR. Not the biggest but I would put him in the top3. His engine is just superior, even comparing with guys like Ganna. He is a better TT rider b7t on a 260 km race, I would pick Pogacar any day.

If Pog can't race LBL and Remco isn't in his best form, I can see VDP winning.

Even with a very weak field in 2020 in finishing a creditable 10th MVDP was 6mins 28secs behind the winner.

When you look at the gaps behind Pogacar last year you can’t picture MVDP climbing well enough to feature in any top 5.

It is beyond stupid. There are 20 riders more able to win LBL than MVP and I'm not even talking about GdL.

He got second in PR in 2021. If he has very good legs then maybe he can be helpful in creating some tactical advantage (i.e. breakaway forcing Pog's rivals to work more than him).

I just got here in time—it’s Friday, and it’s Roubaix weekend! We get to see Pantani 2.0 ride Roubaix.

Crazy times; this should be a blast. The wonder boy got balls of steel to go up against the likes he is—hard to deny that. Everyone in cycling is anticipating it. Whatever happens, it’s going to be a great show and thats what its about.
