All UAE riders performed poorly in the time trial.

Kuss performed better than the second-best UAE rider.
I continue to believe UAE equipment in the TT this year is very bad, keep in mind they last released a TT bike 3 and a half years ago and their bikes are notoriously heavy, I just feel in uae they don't bring their research on materials to the extreme of specialized and cervelo. With that in mind, pog's performance today is still pretty bad, to me this is more a sign that he's not feeling good on the TT bike, and in the climbs he will be better

I don't know, but it was a poor time trial for the entire team.

And Visma was especially good because I only remember Kuss doing one good time trial in the Vuelta, which he won, because he was flying.
That Kuss was better than the second UAE rider is very worrying.

believe me part of that is due to equipment, plus I wouldn't worry about the other UAE riders, maybe they took it easy, the problem is that pog's performance today was quite bad, let's wait the climbs, imo he will be better there, not great but much better than today
