My opinion is that Pogacar will put 30-40 secs into Vingegaard in the FLAT TT.

Due to similar TT background added to the performance leap since 2024. (Pogi is not between Jorgenson and Lipo in TT)

He isn't but I believe Vingegaard is better than Pogacar when we talk about aerodynamics (not power) and when we add a better setup, it's hard to imagine Pogacar gaining time on Vingegaard.

Why do you expect Pogacar to gain so much time on Jonas?

If whatever issue was behind his underwhelming Dauphine TT is resolved for the Tour then logically Pogacar should be at least as good as Jonas in this discipline - he is slightly heavier and has more outright power. Particularly on what he showed in 2024.

Other than the Dauphine TT where has Pogacar suggested this season he won’t be in at least a similar level for next month? Last year he raced (and won) more before the Tour and won the Giro.

Logically Pogacar should be flying next month and that includes his time trialing.

Edit; Also we forget that in 2024, while he might have been injured Jonas beat Remco in the Nice TT. He wasn’t going too badly?

Vingegaard has more power compared to last year, has a better setup and he is more aerodynamic. I think he will beat Pogacar but not like we saw in the Dauphiné

Not doubting you but why is this? Bike? Body shape? It should be possible for Pogacar to lower his CdA. And on their heights they are line ball (Pog is 0.5cm taller) so Jonas doesn’t have a frontal area advantage like the shorter Remco.

Pogi was pretty underwhelming in the UAE Tour ITT not that it was ever going to matter in that race.

Stage 16 TT tdf 2023 lives rent free in my head so I'll count the TT and the overall tour won for Pogi when I see it with my own eyes 😅
