If he stays healthy he'll win. Vingegaard doesn't look able to drop him and we've seen now multiple times that Jorgenson is no credible threat, even if Visma play their numbers.
If he gets slightly sick however or has a terrible day like in 22/23 he'll lose because the team seems quite meh without Almeida, they`re good enough to keep breaks in check and control someone like Jorgenson but they won't be able to contain Vingegaard if he does a fare range attack and Pog (for whatever reasons) doesn't feel it.
 
Worrying for Tadej that he couldn't even gap Jonas here. These climbs are Tadej's bread and butter. Good for him that he gained so much time on the TT, and will likely gain more on the mountain TT, so he doesn't have to ride aggressively in the high mountains.
