Couldn't agree more but if he wants it & says its better for him we're no one to complain or suggest
clearly not, but still numbers do not seem to suggest he's right up to now. Maybe we are completely fooled by the fact that he's feeling the effects of the crash (which would be totally normal) and in week 3 he produces a performance on pdb/isola level

yes ok, but forget about hautacam for a moment. In the ITT he produced similar watts to combloux, but in combloux there was an hard climb before with a strong pace, and if you look at how pog arrived at the finish in combloux and the ITT, it's totally different, he seemed totally in control, comfortable, mouth shut. Let's not even talk about PdB
Without the crash, we could be better without a doubt but poor peloton if that's the case.

You said Vingegaard could beat Pogacar in this Tour so we are not alone in having bad takes. Am I wrong?

I also said that Pogacar won't reach last years level. Which, if we judge by Hautacam, is a facr

But then again, I became famous with bad takes in the last days 😀.

I'm yet to see this. Until now, facts are showing you are right but last year he had a way better mountain train than this year (Yates and Sivakov were better and Almeida was there).
I would like to see Visma going crazy on Mont Ventoux just to see if Pogacar can put a performance similar to PdB.
His numbers were worse on Hautacam but if you look to other riders, the gap was bigger on Hautacam than PdB. He still crashed the day before at 45-50 kph , let's see how he is on Mont Ventoux.

He went to the red to follow Narvaez on Hautacam, I can't imagine where was Vingegaard.
To me this miscalculation by narvaez reveals the true depth of pogi. Not that he’s shallower than we think, but that he would normally follow that with ease perhaps because of the crash.

Pogi still had some energy to attack after this leadout so I don't know. But Pogi went a little bit deep to follow him.
