For the time being winning on brute force isnt easy against MvdP on Oompa Loompa gradients in MSR. He needs to get a tad bit of luck, with or without Narvaez atm imo.

It wont be the case forever so this only serves him well for later and makes him better. Besides, he can also very well win its just arguably his hardest race and MvdP and the oompa loompa route is the ultimate culprint for that.

They should've tried this every MSR, but they are so fixated on making Pogacar win, that they forgot to win as a team.
I understand the point you're making, but ultimately they don't want to win with anybody, they want to win with Pogacar. The team wins so much that MSR on its own doesn't mean that much to them. However, they're all in on the Pogacar legacy at the moment, so they're happy to go for Pogacar or no-one. And I do get it - I'd rather watch them try to win it as Pogacar than attack with multiple riders. It's wildly entertaining.

I'm really looking forward to Strade Bianche. Besides Pidcock, it seems Visma will be fielding a strong team with Van Aert.
LIDL was very strong in the Classics last year and they have stronger team this year.
It will be a good first test.

Indeed. Jorgenson too, and along with Lidl and the rest you mentioned. Healy is also a heavy hitter here. And who knows, if Van Gils has some sort of renaissance year, he performed very well in 24 throughout.

Seixas ended on a high and will improve. Interesting to see how he does too. Strade going to be lit, very stacked year.

Pogi wants a record fourth win.

Hes ridiculous. Sometimes even hard to properly gauge him and how much better he really is vs everyone in some cases, for instance Kigali..A loot of peoples mental arent ready for a Pogacar if he still keeps on improving even more.

Especially when you look at how far ahead Remco is above the pack for 2nd in hilly one day races. Remco is an all time beast in those events and yet the gap between himself and Pogacar is still bigger than the gap between Remco and the best of the rest.

Especially then yes cause indeed Remco is special in one days himself. Its just crazy when its to the point its hard to even measure the gap properly duo the fashion in which he wins. Thats the insane part to me not the win and gap.
