It's not about it being clean.

It's about cycling at 3 different speeds so obviously that by using occam's razor it only makes sense if a certain rider recevies special protection from the UCI. Something the UCI has done before.

Add to that that in many forums you're supposed to stay quiet and most fans seem to act like TikTok Armstrong is the greatest thing to happen to this sport.

Very strong leap of logic on the protection. Although the UAE team ownership has the money and political clout to pull it off if any team does.
Armstrong was a clumsy gangster move with too many people familiar with his history. Tadej has ridden like this very early on so it there is an issue; it involves every rider that wins a race. That would be an equally viable and fantastical conclusion, too.
