and what they should have done? End the race on a Monday or Tuesday?

I agree with the original post. They should look to make the higher profile stages fall on weekends as it would mean that more people would be able to watch them. The Giro seems to do that very well.

If things cool down Hushovd might win the green today, if 1/2 guys stay away and there's an armistice in the peleton he might win the sprint for 2/3 he's only about a minute behind.

So you want the last major climb to be 6 days before the finish?? Becasue the stage into Paris is going to be on a Saturday or at worst a Sunday.

So Armstrong is going to go solo? Fair to say he has been sandbagging for the last few stages.

Schleck should bridge to Armstrong as late in the climb as he can, because you know the Uniballer will JUMP at the chance to help him beat Alberto.

Pace has slowed right down, boooooo. MORE ATTACKS PLEASE.

Yeah I don't see Andy being let go by ANY of the other GC candidates, let alone AC.

On another note. How funny is it that three riders from Omega-Lotto are in the MJ group and there is 0 from BMC.

Yellow jersey group slowed right down. Finally some soft-pedalling. They've decided to let Lance and the chasers go.
