I think the headwind will suit the stronger riders in the race therefore the tt will suit AC over AS, but if someone in the gc has a bad day in the itt, then it could be disastrous.

I think that only a few places of the top 30 gc will change tonight. The leading riders of pairs who are close to each other in the gc are the better time triallist, i.e. 16. VINOKOUROV Alexandre 9 ASTANA + 17' 57"
17. GADRET John 85 AG2R LA MONDIALE + 17' 59"
Vino is the better time trialler.

Just realised Grabsch was first off. Some posters have suggested that Grabsch might win. If he did, would this be the first time that the rider first off in a TT at TdF won?

I reckon Rodriguez will make up time on Gesink and move to sixth. I am talking with my heart, but also my brain because he looked fresher than Gesink the last few days.
