Gesink might not be bulky, but the kid can ride hard if asked to.

Listen, Hesj will almost certainly take some time on Gesink, but 2:40 is a bucketload of time, and while Gesink isn't a great TT, neither is Hesj.

Has the apparently great TT-er and strongman Hesjedal ever done a top-10 in a TT, anywhere? I can only remember this TT specialist hanging on for dear life in last year's TTT.

And Hesjedal is no itt-er but let Vaughtesr be an idiot.
I already posted ITT results of Hesjedal, Gesink and Rodriguez yesterday. But Vaughters is going purely by form I think. I can't imagine he thinks this on a result orientated basis

Gesink's form seems to be pretty ok after the rest day. And while Hesjedal has the form of his life, 2'40" is a bit much IMHO.
