Uhm, it's you guys who only come here during the Tour and start yapping about Armstrong this and Armstrong that.

Don't blame us for laughing when he fails...

Only ones left are those who have one last stage at the TDF to ridicule Armstrong. I think of them as the "buddyboys". Don't know where they'll direct that anger next year.

I do think the black jerseys worn by radio shack was an insult to the TDF and contador. Trying to hijack the attention from the winner was an abomination. They should have been disqualified at the beginning of the stage.

the precedent is to just fine them and move on. don't blame RS. if ASO would have just let them go on their way it wouldn't be a big deal

I just want to than Lance Armstrong to raising awareness for those who suffer from oppressive UCI rules about jerseys.

Taking up such a bold stand to raise awareness of the tremendous trouble his friend Floyd Landis has been having in the USA.

Go Lance and Floyd

I note that the race route passes through Chatenay-Malabry... is that to pay homage to the AFLD's contribution to the race over the years?

Has Conta said what GT's he is targeting for '11?

He's been talking about the Giro and the Vuelta a lot lately. I would love to see him ride those next year instead of the Tour.

If he bails out on the tour that would really pave the way for AS to get it. I wonder what the sponsors think about that (skipping tdf) ?

Hope they get this done soon, it's going to be like 100 degrees and already very humid and sunny. Want to go for a ride before it gets to 100.

People forget that cycling is a team sport. He can choose to skip the tour but his team will put a lot of pressure on him to not skip it.

Besides in one interview today contador said that it was a tough year and that preperation for next years tdf begins now.

a politician in my country got caught a few days ago making a joke about the 2 leading politicians in the country calling them "brokeback coalition" because they often appear together.

But they are nothing compared to ac and as. They go on hollidays together. Winks, hugs, theyve held eachothers hands about 10 times this stage alone. A second ago i saw Schleck surrounded by the entire Astana team, while Saxo was elsewhere.

So what can we call this, Brokeback clasification? or does anyone have anything better?

ac could ride in the classics for vino among a lot of other things but he wont because he will do the tour again.
He rode the classics for Vino among a lot of other things this year and he still managed to win the Tour, so there's that.

I think he'd like to give the Giro-Vuelta double another go, but I seriously doubt the team would let him. Tour-Vuelta, maybe.

I think it will depend on the routes, but the Tour-Vuelta double seems more plausible than the Giro (allergies)-Tour double.
