Some posters claim no evidence. Testosterone patches were delivered to Team Sky doctor, one Dr Freeman in 2011. Testoserone is banned at all times. Sky clean? Of course they are. Who can forget their hiring of now lifetime banned doping doctor, Dr Geert Lenders, a speciality of his was the use of Kenacort. What did Wiggins use loads of? Kenacort.

Sky clean? Of course they are.

after reading this

The head of Ukad added: “Our investigation was hampered by a lack of accurate medical records being available at British Cycling.

“This is a serious concern. In this case the matter was further complicated by the crossover between personnel at British Cycling and Team Sky. We have referred some information to the GMC, and will cooperate with the GMC as necessary in respect of that information.”

then teamSky say this

Team Sky said it was pleased at Ukad’s announcement. “We have always maintained that there was no wrongdoing and we have cooperated fully with UK Anti-Doping over the last year,” it said. “We have continually strengthened our systems and processes so they best support our strong commitment to anti-doping.”

Now how can anyone argue that Sky are a legit clean team. No records, constant lies, constant fudging, flying secret packages from Manchester to France via Switzerland, unbelievable performances by athletes no one predicted would win GTs..........

It all points to doping. Even if we did not know the history and culture of doping in cycling the way Sky have been found out screams cheating and doping.

If you believe it, it at least it proves they're not winning using the same Testosterone & Triamcinolone old faithful Grand Tour toolkit others are using too lol!

Anyone who thinks Sky and Wiggins are clean with all the evidence mounted against them has to be pro doping and cheating. They can be nothing else.

Imagine if it went to a trial by Jury and the defence attorney trying to explain why Sky sent had couriered by hand all the way from Manchester via Switzerland, a simple cheap legal product that they could have bought at the closest pharmacy in France.

And your verdict Foreman of the Jury?

Guilty on all counts your Honour.

Yes - this is the point I made yesterday and one which is not lost on Damian Collins Either:

“I think it clearly shows that UKAD does not have the powers it needs and I've been very clear on this. UKAD currently relies on people's willingness to cooperate. It has no legal authority to compel anyone to speak," Collins said.

When asked whether doping should be criminalised in the UK, Collins added: “I think so. I was very struck by the evidence [former rider] Nicole Cooke gave to the select committee when she said that in those countries where doping is illegal, they have much more effective investigations.

If you were to lift the investigation out of the Anti-Doping and into the realm of a Criminal court, a number of main protagonists in this would be facing charges of attempting to pervert the course of justice and possible perjury given their contradictory oral evidence and disappearing medical records. If nothing else Freeman would have had a supoena (as would Wiggins) and have been compelled to give evidence under oath along with proof of the stolen laptop. The jury would also be able to draw an inference from missing evidence and witnesses remaining silent.

Another point which is work making is there would be restrictions placed on the reporting of the matter thus severely limiting the 'spin' Sky and BC have been able to put on it. In short they would be silenced or else risk finding themselves in contempt of court.

So will Mr Collins present a Bill to Parliament?

Interesting Ego driven statement by Wiggins though. If he went after people for Libel he would have to prove that what they were saying was not true, does he really have the stomach for that?

http://www.cyclingnews.com/news/gen...to-look-into-ukad-evidence-but-not-jiffy-bag/
In its statement on Wednesday, UKAD explained that it “became aware of information that it considered to be of possible interest to the General Medical Council” and that it has “shared that information with the GMC, and will continue to liaise with the GMC as appropriate in relation to that information”.

The GMC confirmed that it is looking into the information supplied.
...
The GMC possesses enhanced powers to require disclosure of information, under the 1983 Medical Act, and could in theory dig further than UKAD.
This story might not be over yet ... where's the popcorn? :D

If it's not over, it will be support person/s caught in the net - Which strangely, I posted when this story first broke.

Love this bit from the Daily Fail
"Before he resigned as the British Cycling doctor last month, Richard Freeman asked his employers if he could give an interview to the BBC about the success of the organisation under the guidance of Sir Dave Brailsford.
British Cycling suggested that if he was now well enough to speak to the BBC, he was well enough to speak to their human resources department about his failure to keep proper medical records - and could also speak to UK Anti-Doping about their investigation into Team Sky, British Cycling and a medical package delivered for Sir Bradley Wiggins.
Freeman responded by saying, on second thoughts, he was still too unwell to talk to anyone and quietly quit instead."

On the bolded bit - not in the current political environment (Brexit and lack of a Tory majority)

If the GMC do anything it will only be to to consider whether Freeman's cover story of administrative incompetence has breached the GMC's code of professional conduct

The chances of the GMC blowing the lid off Team Sky are zero

And UKAD saying that they've stepped aside to let the GMC do its stuff is just a BS deflection tactic from UKAD

At least we know he took the same as everyone else lol! I'd argue there's at least a believable long-term medical history that at least looks like allergies and asthma treatment unlike most who have none.

Clearly he was exempted under French Federation, IOC & UCI both before and after WADA TUE came into effect and across all 3 UCI presidencies, so at least consistent.

Yeah Sam, remember when the Scots sprinter posted his schoolboy doctors notes about asthma. Wiggins hasn't done anything. Jus becuase he was taking the meds doesn't mean he had the condition. Wake up and smell the coffee.

As parts of the UK media have written this week, as it is so F***ING obvious even they had to write it, Wiggins looks nothing like a clean athlete who has been exonerated by UKAD. In fact the opposite. He looks evey bit like the great love of his life. Armstrong.

Well he's puffed on an inhaler since schoolboy days at Herne Hill, i've seen him doing it multiple times. Not proof he has ashtma without seeing his medical records, but UKAD have those and it looks like IOC, French Federation & UCI too to bring him down for the TUE if anyone so wished if it's all a fabricated illness and Wiggins planned this in his lunchbreak dreaming about winning a Tour de France lol!

Fancy bears broke The TUEs.

Wiggins doped since school days huh! No surprise there.

No one wanted to bring down a 7 time TdF champ FFS, why bring down a little ol 1 time winner!!

Pretty sure most doubters claims were this was all fabricated at Sky. Wiggins himself published this list years ago, originall in cycling weekly iirc.

No one doubts* Wiggins doped Sam.

Since when has it been possible to win a 3 week race clean, beating all the dopers?

Not only did Wiggins beat all the dopers for those 3 weeks, he did it all season long and made it look so easy.

Wiggins is a doper.

You dont need much grey matter to figure that out. Waiting for a positive from the PR departments, aka, Anti-doping or UCI is laughable.

*Blind fandom doesn't count.
