Since it was only 2012 that was affecteed by his doping case, his value should be his 2011 score, but since he scored more in 2012 than in 2011 it will probably be his 2012 score, 460.

I haven't fully decided on this matter yet, though. I'll create an evaluation thread one of these days :)
So it's a little like with Costa this year? But you will change practice?

I'm pretty conservative on these things, so IMO it would be great with total consistency regarding the rules, though I can understand a need for optimizing, if people feel like some of the rules are illogical. :)

Taking his 2012 score would be fair IMO.

Not sure if your calculations are correct because if I do the "Green Team" where every rider at least doubled its points from last year I do get 25467 points with 7281 buying cost. I'm sure I can swap some of my riders and get more points??? .... Too lazy to worry about it

I had my team all ready as well, until Majka had to go and get 7th in Beijing and 3rd in the Japan Cup! Now I'll have to go over it again and switch a bunch of riders around.

oh well, guess that's what I get for setting up my team before the seasons had officially ended .

Yes of course. Sorry, I've just been awefully busy the last few weeks, but I'll create an evaluation thread sometime soon and then a thread for the 2013 edition sometime in November.

NO problem. Don't apologise for being busy:eek:

So 7th (don't think mc_mountain will take back 500 odd points in the remaining races) after being in the top 10 since February without interruption and leading briefly after the Tour de France, really happy with the way my team performed this year.
I'm going to look for my 2013 team as of now but I must say that I am not really inspired compared to last year after a quick first scan of cqranking. But first a review of my 2012 team.
Boonen, Rogers, Luis Leon Sanchez were all great improvers as expected. Démare, Durbrirdge, Quintana, Bouhanni and Moser were my golden youngsters. Nibali, Spilak, Iglinkskiy and Voigt did very well. Breschel, Velits were decent as were Felline, Dumoulin, Kreuziger, Pozzato, Fenn and Bardet. Sicard, Lloyd and Vaugrenard should/could have done better but cost nothing so not a big loss. Elissonde, Larsson, Van der Sande, Le Bon and Rolland were only slightly better than last year but are still way better than Pinot (who I will probably pick for a third straight year), Appolonio, Anton, Masskant (how did he manage to score even less than in 2011?) and Offredo (worst pick of the game probably). All in all my best pick was probably Bouhanni because only one other person took him (compared to the more obvious Boonen, Rogers) and yet he is the green team.
