Update 3: just some guy on top again

The Tour Down Under turned everything upside down. Well almost everything, because just some guy and Spider1964 are still battling it out for first place with just some guy leading by more than 200 points now. Thanks to Simon Gerrans, just some guy had a great week and he's also the top earner this week.

7 new teams are now to be found in the top 10 with benreynolds probably the most impressive as he jumped 74 places!

In the bottom of the leaderboard we find Rocksteady who actually finished second last in 2011. However, as the season has just started anything can still happen.

Top 10

1. (2) just some guy - 799
2. (1) Spider1964 - 565
3. (42) Squire - 558
4. (78) benreynolds - 546
5. (26) hilltopfinisher - 529
6. (12) the asian - 506
7. (13) Mellow Velo - 500
8. (18) TeoSheva - 487
9. (20) Sasquatch - 473
10. (9) trotters aotearoa - 466

Wow, my first ever showing on the top 10 list, and I slot right into 3rd! Now watch as I steadily slip back like Evans on Zoncolan...

I'm currently sitting in 12th, but I did notice that HelgeBlendet is 11th and so am I. There's two 11th placed people on the spreadsheet.

It should be pretty obvious why that is :D

Because we're tied on points?

I figured it might have been a mistake, but if it was intentional, then I guess it's fine.

One place behind me.;)
Never been in the top 10 before, but experience tells me: 'pride comes before a fall.'

Nevertheless, a potentially points useful San Luis line up of:

Nibali
Boonan
Guardini
Pozzato.

GreenEdge were always going to ride for Gerrans. No surprise there. CLarke has yet to really prove himself even though I think he will be a very good rider in the future.

By coming second to Greipel? Yes he did well
I knew they were it just hurts my CQ ambitions. They should send him in late moves though.

Congrats to @just some guy.

You may very well be on top of the leaderboard for the upcoming update. I am only in the mid to high 200's.

Don't worry you can be on the top of the leaderboard soon.

It's amazing that there is already such a large disparity in points. Out of curiosity who led last year, at this stage and their points.

137 and already in January up to 172.

Interesting to see that you were 1 place in front of my old mate ACF, up until today.;)

Well over 300 points for this race is pleasing, but I'll bet there are a couple with + 500.........

Haha the BMC fans will always be fighting it out. Still don't know whats wrong with me to forget him:confused:

How do you guys usually know your lineups for each race??
Matthew Lloyd 65
Luke Durbridge 55
Wilco Kelderman 18
Martin Kohler 54
Mathias Frank 5
Mark Renshaw 50
The rookies and young ones kinda helped me. The nationals too! Hopefully kelderman and durbridge will do a lot this season.

Check the startlists on cyclingnews or cyclingfever

Think you have riders you do not get stressed when they ride bad, but then see you do not have them - ie Barbie - I swear I had him in my team but not the one I sent in to Hugo , which might be good for the game

Thanks. Wow your team is really strong!
For the whole year? Yes it certainly is.

I was actually quite dissapointed with some of the so called experts teams regarding how bad they were.
