There was I going to say that my sub 700 point week was distinctly ordinary, bordering on mediocre.
Still Brice Feillu, yet another rider already into the gain column. (If only by a few points:eek:)

Chapeau to Popchu on another spectacular points bonanza.

Boonen was my only top scorer today. I'm sure I racked up a few five pointers from the other riders on my team as well.

Can anyone tell me where I am in this? Didn't download the spreadsheet in the OP and now the links are dead. I think I have about 3200 points from what I've worked out.
Thanks.

As of April 1, you have 3585 points.

Sébastien Turgot, who woud have cost 150 pts, and would now be showing a profit of 172 points at 214.7%, was picked by...

nobody.

I was so close to picking him. It was either him, Henao or Howard. Foolishly i chose the latter.
Happy for Boonen, though sad for my cq points otherwise as Pozzato did not finish.

I think there's still an update 13 missing on the site, and a update 14 is supposed to be due for today/tomorrow/this week.

Off course Hugo/Cqmanager have bee busy, so it's not like I'm blaiming anybody, just pointing out that the site is an update behind.

That's true. I didn't write an update 13, but the "Rankings" page on http://www.cqmanager.net is updated, however.

Oh haha, I checked that before, but I figured it wasn't updated because I was the same rank even though my week had bee extremely crap, so I thought I would've moved down (even further). Guess I'm down there with all the other people with crap teams for cobbled classics.:p

Thanks!

Now that the cobbled season is over, all my climbers can finally start earning me points! I kind of feel like Andy Schleck in this years TDF though, because I haven't quite been able to limit the damage in the cobbles, like Schleck won't be able to limit the damage in the TT. We both need to do one hell of a job in the mountains to get any sort of a satisfying result.

Gragh need to scour Cyclingfever's startlists for races at which I can stage some sort of comeback.

Basically I need stage races with relatively difficult sprint stages for Farrar and Degenkolb. I could be waiting until the Giro for some good points I'm afraid.

O.O

What kind of joke is this?

I was clicking through cqmanager.net a bit to find how many people have Tom Dumoulin on their team and what does my eye see there?

Chris Juul Jensen picked by 2 people. O.O Me and "Team Kapiris"

That might not seem like something to go bug-eyed at but hear this: At the beginning of the year, I had 6 unique riders on my team. And to prove myself I'm not imagining it, I looked up kangaroo Skibby's post.

La Florecita 6

Now... I can even dream which riders are my unique picks. 5 Saxoboys, four Danes, one Italian and one Japanese.
Thomas Riis, Jonas Aaen Jorgensen, Takashi Miyazawa, Manuele Boaro, Troels Vinther and Chris Juul Jensen.

Now I thought, maybe I am wrong and Chris wasn't one of my 6 unique picks. So I clicked my team, and went on to click all riders I though were my unique picks.

Jorgensen *click*, number 1
Tommy *click*, number 2
Vinther *click* O.O Picked by.............. me and....... Team Kapiris.

O.O

Now let's get back to Skibby. The post with the unique riders:
VINTHER Troels Rønning
JUUL JENSEN Christopher

MIYAZAWA Takashi
BOARO Manuele
RIIS Thomas Nybo
JØRGENSEN Jonas Aaen

I knew I was right! Who does this "Team Kapiris" think he/she is? Stealing my unique pretty Danes. Pff.

But, seriously, joking aside, can someone (Hugo??) explain to me what happened?

Brabantse Pijl:
Simon Spilak
Jelle Vanendert
Matti Breschel
Martijn Maaskant
Fabio Duarte
Tobias Ludvigsson

Amstel Gold Race:
Tanel Kangert
Sep Vanmarcke
Simon Spilak
Jelle Vanendert
Matti Breschel
Sergio Henao
Rafael Majka
Stijn Devolder

Hmmm, I don't know what to think of this. Vanendert was supposed to be one of my biggest strengths in the hilly classics, but his season is sucking hard so far, hope he can show himself in Brabant and Limburg. Spilak could go well potentially, but he'll probably be working for Rodriguez. Duarte was a reasonably expensive pick and he doesn't get too many good races this year, so he better get me some points!

LaFlorecita, I don't know what has happened. As far as I remember, Kapiris didn't PM me with any changes/mistakes made so his team should be the same now as it was when Skibby published his statistics.

The new update will be up tomorrow by the way. Don't have the time tonight.

Brabantse Pijl: Gerald Ciolek, Matti Breschel, Paul Martens
Amstel Gold Race: Marcus Burghardt, Maxime Iglinskiy, Steve Chainel, Jurgen Vandenbroeck, Tom Boonen (?), Matti Breschel, Paul Martens, Rafal Majka, Stijn Devolder, Filippo Pozzato

a lot of riders, but not much quantity for the coming races. my days are over, later in the season I will regret having too much classic riders for the Flemisch races I think. Although I still have Rujano, Uran, Kreuziger, Anton, Van Den Broeck as GC-contenders.

... Hm... Rather strange...

Oops, my bad. I thought I saw someone mention a new update earlier in the thread.

Anyway, I scored 588 points so yay.
