That is not going to be that bad week's score (mine's a bit less if nothing else)... But it seems there's a guy with Froome-Evans-Pozzato-Hushovd combo  who will surely rock this week's charts!

ha! That's over 400 points + maybe some more points from other riders :D:cool:

That is looking like a really good team. Both Evans and Froome are in hindsight looking like very good picks.

I'm not so sure about Froome, he might score 2000 points but the question is will that make him a good pick? 500-600 points profit.

And he may produce another Wiggins 2012 season which would make his profit more than just 500-600

He might get 2000. He might get 2500. He might get 3000 if he goes well in worlds

He'll have better competition than Wiggins though you never know with sky riders of course. He might go all alien on us and win every race from now on.

Hmm... got around 250 points this week, can't be too bad, but it sure isn't good either.

Next week should be better; TGBM for a good GC in Andalucia, and Pozzato, Vanmarcke, Langeveld, Hushovd and some others for Omloop and KBK. :D

Well i have had a really bad week, also not helped by the fact Vichot could just escape with 2km left, taking the GC lead from Hushovd- who was evidently quite strong and had a team who wanted to keep the jersey amoongst other members of the team (but Oss had lost time the day before- so he wasn't that best option)

Oss (a rider who placed 2nd to Cav in a stage in the 2011 TDF) is then beat by Boom and Vichot.

Or he may crash next week ... every expensive pick is a gamble and you will need a lots of luck to avoid any misfortunes.

If Gilbert goes down, the game may not be over for those 94 teams because, well he is on 94 teams but if Cadel, Cav, Spartacus etc goes down, those teams are most likely out of the TOP 10.

And Froome? At 1427 only idiot or hardcore gambler would pick him. I will not even comment on picking up Contador or Sagan

Pretty bad week for me I think, 215 or there abouts

I'm with Hitch and starting to really regret taking Evans out of my team. He seems to have good form and think he will be into good profit.
Still can't work out why I thought Kittel would be a better choice, although he was cheaper so I could fit him in easier

Farrar is looking pretty damn good right now, gotta say. I think he could go 1200-1500. In the end I left him out because I wasn't sure if he still had it, but it seems so...

How did you come to that conclusion? because of his 3rd place in prologue y/day :D actually last year he had scored more points at this point

Most of Tyler's points this time last year had come courtesy of whoever was driving the Garmin team car in Qatar.

Update 6: Chinese tyranny

A lot of the big guns were in action this week and that usually means that a lot of points are handed out. For chinaboy at least that was the case as he scored 590 points due to an amazing lineup of Froome, Evans, Pozzato and Hushovd! Bumeington had a strong lineup as well with Froome, Evans and Hushovd which makes him the second highest scoring team this team.

This week's top scorers:

1. chinaboy - 590
2. Bumeington - 484
3. freddybobs - 426
4. Ferminal - 365
4. Eyeballs Out - 365

Both chinaboy, Bumeington and freddybobs are also among this week's high jumpers but this time Bumeington takes the title as he jumps 46 places while freddybobs jumps 36 places and chinaboy "only" moves up 32 places.

This week's high jumpers:

1. Bumeington +46
2. freddybobs +36
3. asdfgh101 +35
4. Gotland +34
5. chinaboy +32
5. shalgo +32

Looking at the overall ranking, Skibby the bush kangaroo still leads the competition while the newcomer nordicICE1024 defends his 2nd place. At the same time, AAC1983 moves back into the top 3, while Bumeington and his magnificent leap moves into the top 10.

Top 10:

1. (-) Skibby the bush kangaroo - 1669
2. (-) nordicICE1024 - 1573
3. (+5) AAC1983 - 1494
3. (+2) Geraint Too Fast - 1494

6. (-2) ingsve - 1461
7. (-) DnthasldHoff - 1432
8. (-2) adamski101 - 1410

Finally some signs of life from my team, thanks to Evans, Pozzato, and Hushovd. Up 32 places, from 72nd to 40th.
