Shame Wanty are not doing the Italian classics. Marcato could have gotten close to 30 :p

just checked Wanty's calender and there are still enough races left for Marcato to take top 10's. Though maybe he can win paris tours again

Marcato is probably the master of this competition. The Fourth Grand Tour. Vuelta a Zubeldia.

I think Raymond Kreder is up to 20 and he still has 3 chances for more top-10 finishes looking at his calendar.

Planckaert climbs to 19 but I think he's simply out of time now. He could do Memorial Vandenbroucke, Paris-Bourges and Paris-Tours, to draw level but needs the others to do the unthinkable and win to stand a chance.

But we still have Paris Tours coming up, that could put Marcato's bid in real danger.

Indeed, Kreder and Marcato now on top on 22. Bakelants, Campenaerts, Laporte and Van Der Ploeg are all out. You can argue whether the Duo Normand should count for this since we don't count TTTs, but I have counted it.

22 - R. Kreder, M. Marcato
21 - R. Guldhammer
20 - T. Benoot
19 - B. Planckaert
17 - M. Zanotti, A. Tsatevich, T. Van Asbroeck
16 - S. Kruijswijk, J. Roelandts
15 - J. Fuglsang, A. Demoitie, R. Torres, M. Van Staeyen
14 - M. Cort Nielsen, T. Machado, F. Vachon

Not convinced duo Normand should count as a win since it's not an individual race, is it?

Yes, it's a tricky one. Since you started this thread, I'd say you get to decide whether it should count or not. It's not going to affect the overall result much anyway (but Campenaerts may get upset :) ).

Watching Rojas amassing those top 10s in Abu Dhabi. If he didn't have this unfortunate win at the beginning of the season in Qatar, he would've been at 24 now.

There are a few others who would have been leading the race if not for a single win:
30 - K. Sbaragli
27 - R. Jans
26 - J. Rojas
25 - D. Moreno
24 - B. Bookwalter
22 - J. Drucker
with an honourable mention for R. Majka on 21.

Thanks for that! Do you know the ranking for the previous years because I believe that Rojas reached 35 top 10s without a win in 2010.
And a more technical question. How are you doing your rankings? Is it manually or you're connecting to the cranking database through the API or some other way?
