Who is the ultimate winner of this competition? The one who has the most top10 without a win, or the one who comes 2nd in this?

I raised the same question last year

I created the original topic last year and I believe the ultimate winner is the rider with the most top10s.

Can somebody look up Keldermerckx open streak of top10 without a win excluding his ITT national title? It should go back to 2013 and surely be over 50 top10s.

You're right. His last win has the GC in Tour of Denmark in 2013. Discounting his ITT national title, I get 53 top 10's since then.

Jarlinson Pantano worked his way onto the leaderboard with his 8th top 10 of the year on Saturday, only to drop off on Sunday by winning the final stage of the Tour de Suisse. Maximiliano Richeze and Aleksandr Porsev are both also out with stage wins in the Tour de Suisse and the Dirka po Sloveniji respectively.

Rui Costa has drawn level with Romain Bardet after getting 5 top 10 results (4 stages+ overall) in the Tour de Suisse.

Pieter Vanspeybrouck has worked his way into outright 3rd with top 10 results in 2 stages of the Ster ZLM Toer to take his total for the year up to 16. At this time last month, he was on 3.
