A lot of strong competition this year. Last year at this stage Planckaert was leading on 10 and no one else had reached double digits yet.

The irony with BP is that he has actually won twice this season and won last season too, just in .2 races. So I doubt he cares that he's so prolific here, in his world and in his team, he's a winner.

Imagine if we (and by "we" I mean "someone on this forum") got the chance to actually present that trophy to the winner at the end of the season:
"Congratulations! You got a lot of top-10s this year, but you never actually won anything! Awesome, huh?"

Instead of the WCRR bands you can wear the combativity one all year long to show off your achievement.

Yeah I know that, I just said so, but for the same reason his chances of getting more top 10s to increase his tally have become very slim as well. Other riders can still get more top 10s.
