precisely. he did it the way it should be done, including speaking to all authorities and talking to them first.jyhjyh said:And he did not say: I doped because everybody else did.
Respect.

Everyone with a brain knows that the climbing times and recovery these guys manage are absurd. Just being tough andd trianing a lot, getting skinny, just doesn't add up to such performances. Whenever I was up against riders of similar level, the difference was just insane. I never could wrap my heads around that being humanly possible, but as a gullable fanboy, and seeing it happen from within the race, I had to accept it true. Today, I kindof like my chances against such "talents", if we get to prepare in a desert monestary, same food, same training. The difference between amateurs and pro's may well have been preparation, and profession.
This isn't really news though, is it? Riis even warned Rabo-manager Raas that Rasmussen was a danger.neineinei said:http://www.dr.dk/Sporten/Cykling/2013/01/31/144122.htm
dr.dk claims Kim Plesner is saying Bjarne Riis knew about Rasmussens doping while at CSC.

I think we can safely say that Contador and Evans are very talented. Their test results in the lab are quite extraordinary. Unlike Rasmussen, he was nothing special. He really had to go on a steady diet of pure doping to beat them. This is not to say that Contador and Evans are squeaky clean, mind.

ADD will not elaborate on what MR has said in terms of teams and riders.
Pfff, another disapointment.

I disagree. Rasmussen was one of 3 strongest climbers in the 2005 Tour. There is nothing shameful in being a worse climber than Armstrong and Basso. He was extremely strong at the 2006 Tour too. But team asked him work for Menchov. In 2006 Rasmussen didn't already plan to fight for GC considering 2 long TTs. But Menchov faild whereas Rasmussen felt global climbing reserve in that Tour. He kept silent and decided to work on TT primarily. Again, Contador's climbing turned out to be a lot bigger sensation than Rasmussen's climbing in 2007 when dane's superiority over Evans didn't surprise anyone whatsoever.theyoungest said:I think we can safely say that Contador and Evans are very talented.
