At least Froomezilla believers have the excuse that they only started watching cycling in 2012, but for Horner there really is no excuse to be a believer.
UCI believed. Horner zero on The Index ;)
(clearly the finding of needles in garbage wasn't weighed into said index)

Are you aware that in Levi's testimony he said that Horner (Rider-15) told him back in 2008 that he doped in 2005?

I was told by someone who would know that Rider-15 is not Horner. Neither is rider 17

All bald cyclists called Chris are believable! Research has shown that random African blood diseases and good old fashioned American fast food is better than any training plan that's ever been created by man! Plus wind on mountain passes favors bald men #truestory.

2008 is the first season where Levi and Horner race on the same team, so that one makes good sense.

In 2005 Horner was injured in the spring, found form and won a stage in Suisse. Matches very well with the testimony.

The length of Rider-15 (the black mark) is the same of Chris Horner.

I can't see anyone else fit so well in the puzzle.

Yip - for the very same reasons.

@RR, If it isn't Horner - then who else could it be? Did they offer another possibility.

Hey, I agree it seems logical. I was told though it isn't correct. No indication of who it could be.

Do you know if it later will be officially announced who the different riders are?

During the Bruyneel trial?

who told you?:p

for real though, i think you've been misinformed on this one.
(even the length of the black line (ca. 13-14 tokens) corresponds to Chris Horner (12 tokens))

Some of the staff maybe in Bruyneel trial but many of the other riders, like Matt White, will be managed directly by their national Feds

still, it could be wrong info. Chris seems like the most logical rider to be #15

2005 was a long time ago. It was before everyone stopped doping. Did Levi say anything about Horner stealing candy when he was eight or copping a feel when he was in high school?

Exactly. This is getting a little silly.

Didn't Levi confess that he stopped doping in 2006? Uh huh. And he was clean as a whistle in 2007, by his own admission? Um, lessee... maybe somebody should ask the chatty Rasmussen about Levi's PED use in (TdF) 2007.

But we summarily believe that rider (blank) told LL he was on the hot sauce in 2005. And that is gospel. Ridiculous.

Like I said before, if that's all the dirt that Horner has to deal with then he's home free.

Levi actually said in his affidavit that he used transfusions at the 2007 Tour

Levi admits in his affidavit that he was still doing BBs at the Tour in 2007.

Ok, my bad.

Still, if rider 15 is Horner, that testimony is weak.

Horner is probably doping, but this is not even remotely convincing.

dude stick to podium girls it suites you way better

Is it enough to sanction - nope.
Is it enough for me to form an opinion - hell ya.

"2005 was a long time ago blah blah blah". Maybe, but it's still within the SOL. And it shows Horner was willing to do it, which coupled with the fact that he's better now than he was back then (and with the rumours about his hilarious passport) should be more than enough to form an opinion on him.

True.

But 20 thread pages later and we've got a life long doper giving sworn testimony that redacted rider 15 told him he took PEDs in 2005.

That's underwhelming.

Dr. Mas linked to it in post #185 :)

It's at the bottom of page 10 line number 74.

I have all the documents saved as pdf's from when they were issued, but the specific cite helps even more.

as Dr Mas said.
Not enough (on its own) to sanction. Enough to affect ones opinion
