The media hasn't reacted to the Froome book, it was overshadowed by Wiggins' interview. I watched the Facebook comments build on Sky's page and the reaction there was vitriolic and highly critical. British fans in the large part are very angry: the feeling is that everyone want Wiggins there in Yorkshire, on merit he should be, and that it was Froome's veto and weak management from Sky to blame.
Carefully stage-managed by Wiggins? By far the more popular rider here, he's stirred up the fans, made Froome look vindictive and Brailsford weak. The sponsors will be twitchy, ASO will want Wiggins there. He may have created a perfect little storm for himself.
Given the nature of Froome's paranoid and narcissistic personality, he will be putting himself under massive pressure in the Dauphine to prove he deserves his pre-eminence. Already we're seeing an 'amazing' performance, big time grab fir such a short TT.
