Evenepoel was asking assistance at the car. Don't know why but it is said he didn't have a good night's sleep after an incident with the cops because a grumpy neighbour in his hotel couldn't take a joke. This is not confirmed though.

All that's known is some children kept him up to around midnight, repeatedly knocking. He grabbed one of their arms? Police were called, he's been charged with common assault and has to appear in court on the 27th
