Portugal is built of 3 Oliveira and 1 Almeida. 2 Oliveira are twins. 3 Portuguese riders are UAE riders.That rider with the loose shoe strings needs to ride to just before the top of the 2nd climb then stop jump off and properly retie his shoes then jump back on sprint over the top after the short rest be able to get over the top with a faster speed than the Peloton losing the least amount of time.
