Did Sepulveda really finish in tenth place? Didn't expect that.

he's an good climber. especailly when it isn't too steep. he's also working on it for years. didn;t he finish very strong in avenir too some years ago? still only 22. but he is 5 minutes behind gaimon

That was the easiest difficult finish

Yeah i know, but he could finish their well also, so perhaps top 5 is possible.

You have to take in mind that the big climbers are not on their top form, and this race is really important for Sepulveda.

He has a chance, especially if the gaps remain small. Fortunate for him the other stages with MTF's, doesn't have big climbs underway.

Rubiano again very consistent, what a good, underestimated rider he actually is.

No full results yet?

I was about to ask about him. What a waste of talent if he can't get this season right.

Boonen seems to be in good form.

I wouldn't worry about Duarte just yet as he finished in some good company. Unless of course he was aiming for a result right away.

I'd worry about Betancur more than about Duarte.

Having said that I hope Duarte is Ok if he fell.

Could be a Sagen vs Boonen deal, but its long for the Stepper. Who else?

Gaimon can do it. He's got good support and lots of time in his pocket. Today was hard for him for sure after being in the break all day yesterday, but he made it through it. Should be ok now. I ordered his book after stage 1. :)

Rubiano for sure. And Boonen never been good in uphill sprints, its 3km @ 4%, way too hard for him
