The Marco Brenner is the next Remco Evenepoel thread

Can he do an Evenepoel and win both the road race and the worlds ITT?
Can he? Sure. Will he? Small chance. These boys are all a year older than him and Brenner's had a long season. Furthermore, the opposition is brutal and this generation is really good. Quinn Simmons is in tremendous form and Finn Fisher-Black is out for revenge after he had to cancel his worlds on the track. We're at a point where the likes of Piccolo, Tiberi and Carlos Rodriguez aren't even being discussed and those boys can fly with anyone on their day.

Not to forget a very important detail: the Brits are coming. They are never there when Nations Cup or even European Championships are at stake, but Leo Hayter (Ethan's younger brother) is just one example of a phenom from the track. We have no reference whatsoever, but they'll be up there no doubt.

Marco Brenner and 2 fans.

He's been doing some crossing this winter, and won a ton in the lower fields. He was starting too far from the back to really be a threat to Thibau in the World Cups, but its been a good winter for Brenner. Recent interview with him suggests his main goals this year are Roubaix, Peace Race and the world title, although I fully expect him to dominate from start to finish really.
