Than Hincapie?

Mellow Velo said:Yes, now it is quite easy to see how the cannot manage to field a team for the second Grand Tour of the season.
They obviously don't have enough three week riders in their squad.
Oh and Steegmans has no chance. Rast didn't leave Astana to be on the sidelines. Someone has to be a donkey.

I hope his maturity and self control OFF the bike can help him make good choices ON the bike, such as not bonking and blowin a race or missing a move on the road.
I don't think Lance should skip this tdf. He DOES help spread the profile of cycling, both pro racing and getting Americans fat behinds off the couch and exercising. (My own fat behind included.) It's fun to hate on Lance, but let's not blind ourselves to what benefits he may provide. Besides, I can't wait 18 months to see him get slaughtered at the tdf.

Hugh Januss said:Nooo.. Than Steegmans.....'tard.
It is quite unlikely that George is under consideration for the final RS tour spot this year.
Carboncrank said:Thought you meant Rast would end up a better all arounder than George.
Maybe I don't understand what you mean by donkey.

BroDeal said:It would not be so bad, but we have our resident troll, Carboncrank plus a dozen other usernames he has used, whose goal is to destroy every thread that mentions Armstrong. Since CN refuses to get rid of the guy, it's nicer if his idiocy is confined to as few as threads as possible.
BroDeal said:This crap should go in the Armstrong thread.
Carboncrank said:I'll say it again so people don't just assume what you are saying is true.
I agree that there are too many Lance threads. If someone wants to post something about Lance, don't open a new thread, go to the one that's already here. (there may be exceptions to that if it's something extraordinary)
I don't post under other usernames and I have not intent to destroy anything other than the notion that internet cranks like you can say anything they like unchallenged.
If you have a beef. Take it to a mod and quit being a cry baby.
Quit lying about me.
Carboncrank said:Earth to Bro... this is the Armstrong thread.
Cash05458 said:Given that Armstrong's tentative schedule has been released, be curious to see what some thought of his chances for a win....here is my rundown:
The Classics: in no way do I see him winning a classic...Milan/San Remo, Amstel, Liege...and no way in hell Flanders.
T.O.C: I actually can see him winning a stage of this. RS will put everyone out front for one day and ensure one mountain or semi mountain stage for the hype. He won't win the T.O.C. of course, but it will make "great" press and they can write lots of things about how he sacrificed himself for Levi ect ect.
BroDeal said:Earth to troll. This part of the thread was originally another thread.

He won't win any stages of the Tour of Ca because he'll be helping his teammate and very good friend Levi Leipheimer who has won the last three.

BroDeal said:I wonder how much Carboncrank is being paid. Maybe he takes a few shirtless photos of Armstrong instead of money.
