Thanks for posting. The second one the most telling. I'm starting to think he sent one of his fat mates along dressed as himself so he could still collect the pay packet….

What you posted was scary - Especially the roundness on the sides of his stomach. That’s not jersey hang.

It doesn't look like a normal gut, it's really weird actually. Look at how it's such a sharp angle and stuff, I've never seen anything like that. Doesn't look like mine haha

Totally agree. He must be wearing something under his kit. Like spanx or a girdle ;):p

In all seriousness, it does seem odd. My guess it's something that Lim concocted and he's going to surprise everyone with how great his form is on 12 (approx) days of racing this year.

HGH gut. Even though the subcutaneous fat is very low, there is lots of fat around the major organs. It is believed to be caused by a some combination of HGH, insulin, and IGF-1 use. The intestines have a lot of IGF-1 receptors.

Why can't the media print a story: "Is Lance fat?"

Why do we get Bruyneel press releases? Ullrich always got the once over from the media on the size of his midrift.

Susan what are your colleagues saying out there in medialand? Is he fat?

He has been proven to have used drugs in the past, so it is not a big shock that he would be using them now.. How do you explain how is subcutaneous fat is incredibly low (as seen by his arms, legs, and face) but he has a huge gut when he does not tense up his stomach muscles? The pic of Daryl Impey shows what his abdomen should look like when he is just chillin'.

I am, but he still lacks the killer instinct of one Kobe Bryant--but he's getting it. Before he's done he's going to be one of the best to play the game.

True, you can tell he's still having too much fun to have that killer instinct necessary to win the finals. Good chance we'll be revisiting this topic in about 3 months. Back to Lancey-poo and fruit-loops induced belly....

Very dishonest misquote. Thanks for proving my point, your posts seem to constantly (as in endlessly)state if you don't hate armstrong, or not against him enough you're deluded and in love with him

I've never posted anything along the lines of love or even any support for LA, which you know. I've been down this deliberate misrepresenting of others points of view before. Figure this one out, if others don't hold your view on an issue, that doesn't render them stupid and/or ignorant. Now how about you do this board a favour and quit all the aggro posts when others don't agree with you on everything regard LA. There's a difference between discussion and disagreement vs aggressive argument and personal abuse.

All you do is come on this forum and ***** and moan about how unfair this forum is, you never contribute anything meaningful you just complain. How about coming on this forum and talk about bikes or racing or form and fitness. But no you're not going to do that, bro deal, race radio and TFF aren't perfect posters but at least they post in other areas of this forum you on the other hand just complain.

I really don't think he is fat, looks more like Lim's trying some new things, cough, on the second photo Bala posted it's clear it's not his stomach, more like a vest or something.
But overall he looks much bigger than other pros, he is still carrying the boobs he trained so hard for. :D

We will see soon how that body goes over steep climbs, unless he needs to do another radio show and get sick...

On the side of that skin suit Instead of "THE SHACK" it should say "THE SNACK".

The second pic shows a very thick middle.

The strange shape in the photo doesn't look like the usual lung volume from sternum to waist that you see in a TT profile, typical when someone is really breathing deeply. It's hard to say what's going on there and if it is related to training. The size of his arms in the other pictures are pretty developed for a GT type rider.

That bulge in his mid-section looks a LOT like the mid-section of the bodybuilder pic posted earlier:cool:

I wish I was that fat ...and got those kind of appearance fees:D

Maybe he got his Appearance Fee paid in Krugerands and just couldn't bear to part with it...

Then testing was done on his 1999 samples. Okay it wasn't official etc. but 6 tests came back positive for EPO. My belief system was in tatters. He was a cheater. An arrogant, narcisstic, cheater with enough power and money to shutup anyone who dared to call him on his ways.

Like teflon all the rumours, accusations and witness testimony against him fell off and he remained and still is an American Hero. But he is No Hero to me anymore and I hope Alberto and anyone else rips the legs off him. But He is a Great Rider and I would be able to appreciate that if I hadn't been suckered in on his Hero role........

Couldn't qoute all 3 posts, but I have to say that it was very interesting reading.

How ironic. The people behind Radio Shack are finally learning what it feels like to hand out your cash and get an absolutely useless, unproductive, $hit product in return.

OK. Now THAT was funny.

I see you've concocted yourself quite the little tale here. Lance was wronged by AC and so Lance had to retaliate.

I think you just outed yourself....

No, I said that Armstrong is a well known harda$$ who dominated his team for years, therefore was unlikely to play domestique role in what was effectively his old team. AC would have known that.

The surprising part is they managed to keep it together until the tour, and still kept the dispute private until Contador decided to have his revenge in an interview after the tour. When you criticise Armstrong in public there is no going back, so whether they could have put the tensions of the tour behind them and parted on reasonable grounds if AC had not trashed him in public is a question that we cannot know. To point this out is not to say that AC was treated great - clearly Armstrong tried to turn the screw on him during the Tour, which was his only chance. But it's just a factual statement that Contador decided to go public rather than be gracious in victory.

Nice touch for implying I am making things up in this thread.

There is no point moaning about the trolling. Unless Susan moves on to new pastures and is no longer able to select her friends as mods, then the trolling aint going anywhere. Baiting threads like this that are full of assertion, smear and lies by people like the thehog and brodeal, for page after page, is just a fact we must accept. So it's best to take Susan's advice and don't take it seriously. Just treat it as a bit of fun that helps them get through the day. Complaining about it won't change anything and allows them to present you as a whiner. Just contradict them on the facts where you can, but don't criticise the trolling. I've learnt that trolling is very important part of their lives - some of these guys wake up every day thinking of ways to smear Armstrong. That fact is more powerful than any post whining about their trolling.

Of course, the little problem with talking about the facts is they start whining that somebody is spoiling their fun, and you are quickly banned. The irony is these guys are as soft as they come - suddenly Susan isn't so thick skinned and certainly won't be telling them not to take it seriously. But that's not something we can control.

Go nuts, kids!

Agreed. Move it over and speculate on it as you wish.

I've taken a look at the photos and whatever else I could find in that date range.

I think he looks as he has as far back as I cared to look:

2005 Images: Note the arm shapes in his longsleeves skinsuit. Plenty of "gut".

Nope. Don't see it. His diaphram looks like, as it always has, pushing out his guts when he is under heavy workload.

I guess it is funny in a way. Though every time I come to the 'states, I find great use in the little electronic bits I can pick up at every radio shack out there. Those who make this place their home may not find it as useful as I have.
