Apparently our spelling isn't up to scratch. So I organised a spelling bee at work. The word we all aced was corticosteroid.

Ha, yes that made me chuckle, nice retort.

What I enjoyed was LA complaining about editorial standards, when saying "having a peruse". Doh!

And when someone pointed this out to him he said something like "I'm a cyclist not a journalist". I thought he was trying to be a journalist by his previous comment!

Although if he's ever read the Cycling Weekly website, he'd have a point. I don't think I've ever read an article on there that's correct both in grammar and spelling.
