Lance just makes sure people know about cancer.

“You can’t take away the fact that he’s probably maybe the most talented guy ever to throw a leg over a bike, I don’t have a problem saying that,” the 38-year-old American said.
“What we saw last year was an extremely impressive performance on all levels: climbing, time-trialing, recovery motivation, mental toughness.”
Although he was not there to personally collect a present from Contador in the morning, Armstrong appreciated the defending champion’s gesture.
The Spaniard visited Armstrong’s team bus before the stage to offer his former team mate a watch inscribed “Tour de France 2009” as a souvenir of his victory in last year’s race.
American Greg LeMond started the tradition in 1990 when he gave all his team mates a watch.
“Very generous. Obviously he recognises he had the support of a great team it’s a nice gesture,” said Armstrong, who is now looking forward to enjoying retirement from highly competitive racing after the Tour.

I know, this is Lance's game, I know. Just thought it was relevant.

I like what Lance said in his radioshack review. He came close to humility, which a giant step for Lance. Chaupau Lance.

Dude I listened to what Simeoni said at the end of said stage last night. Rent it from net flix. The final DVD of the 2004 tour. Simeoni said complete and utter hogwash. He said, Lance convinced Cioppolini to keep Simeoni out of the tour that year2004. It was only becase Scarponi and Bettini came forth in Simeonis' defense that Simeoni was able to ride. If Simeoni had something to prove he should not have backed down when Lance chased him down in the stage. If Lance threatened me I would have buried myself in my attack.Barrus said:Are you serious? Simeoni stopped so that the breakaway wouldn't be doomed. He wasn't trying to prove anything, he was riding the TdF as any other pro. Armstrong wasn't chasing him anymore, he was there in the breakaway with him and the others. How do you suggest Simeoni could have "beaten" Lance? Going solo with Lance? Seriously?flicker said:Dude I listened to what Simeoni said at the end of said stage last night. Rent it from net flix. The final DVD of the 2004 tour. Simeoni said complete and utter hogwash. If I were in Simeonis shoes when Lance chased me down I would have gone harder and beat Lance. End of story. Unless Lance is the devil inhabiting Lances body in the exorcist. Tell me does Lance have the power of the anti-christ.

IIRC, Alpe said that BroDeal lives in this area, if so, Bro, you should turn up to give Armstrong ****.
beech mtn said:phil-n-paul were commenting during today's stage that lance is looking grim all the time. I think he's already over all this - riding in the rain, crashing, riding on cobbles, getting heckled, sleeping in bunkbeds in cheap hotels without air conditioning. Not to mention stress from outside the bike race.
