I don't think he's fully prepared for a Time Trial the way he has for this one for a very very long time.

Very happy Dumoulin gets a medal, hope it will be silver.

Hopefully he'll be fully healthy in 4 years, when he should definitely compete (I'd say he's the provisional favourite, but 4 years is a long time for a new specialist to rise, not to mention Dumoulin might be a GT rider by then).
