Had huge hopes for Nelson considering his Pont d'Arc TT and Dumoulin's injury. Misplaced I guess, but a strong showing nonetheless.

A medal was never going to happen. I was hoping for atop five. Oh well, maybe next time.

I think he lost most of his time on the climbs. On the flatter sections he was one of the fastest.
