The IOC shuts them down.

Last time, the best stream I had was a Russian one I stumbled upon. I wouldn't go poking around Russian websites looking for a stream on Windows, that's for sure.

Problem is that all bike sponsor gave new bikes to the riders they've rarely used.

That's true. I guess they also have to go through the whole process as well of finding out whether they are campag/shimano/sram - di2 or mechanical, and then find the relevant wheel. Then deal with a bike they'e not familiar with. Still must be so frustrating for the riders.
