It appears to have worked out well for them.

If Gattuso doesn't survive this fiasco, I've heard Igor Tudor is looking for new challenges.
He's not making it to the hotel alive, let alone with his job.

I will miss the Italians at the World Cup again, I've always loved their cheating ways, however it is extremely funny.

As a Dane, it was comforting to switch channels and then watch a team that was even worse at taking penalties.

Our statistics aren't even that bad, but we will never live that meltdown vs Italy in Euro 2000 down.
Conversion of kicks might not be too bad actually, looking at the record on Transfermarkt, but conversion of shootouts to wins is terrible which is what I was going off - guess the Dutch problem is more about saving them (Tim Krul excepted) than scoring them then.

I had to check the date that it's not April 1st, but no. $2.3 million to watch the soccer world cup final ....
https://www.theguardian.com/footbal...-final-tickets-resale-prices-fifa-two-million
Fifa’s resale site has four tickets on sale for the World Cup final for just under $2.3m each.

The $2,299,998.85 seats for the 19 July match at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey, are located behind a goal in the lower deck of the arena.

Fifa does not control the asking prices on its Resale/Exchange Marketplace but takes a 15% purchase fee from the buyer of each ticket and a 15% resale fee from the seller. That means Fifa would make $690,000 if one of the tickets for the final sold at $2.3m on resale.

I hope Stevenage get promoted, and Spurs to play them next year in Championship, some surreal short league trip for the stars in white. By the way, last time I visited Lincoln, they were playing Boreham Wood and Braintree, and Leicester won the Premier League.
