Where's the guy who said, that due to the short preparation, they expected Remco to peak in 3rd week?

Why do you ask questions when you know the answer? What happened today? Was it due to bad technique??
half of the guys here you meanWhere's the guy who said, that due to short preparation, they expected Remco to peak in 3rd week?
Can you explain me that further? There are training advantages to completing another week
I true admire Remco and I think we will be a unique cyclist. I'm just messing with "Logic is your friend"Why do you ask questions when you know the answer?
Have you ever competed in anything of any significance?
Always love keyboard jockeys.

The short version is the training stress load and experience that the third week of GT would uniquely provide. Can you explain me that further?

It happened that Lefevere does not have the balls of Guimard, who didn't let Hinault ride a GT until he was 24.What happened today? Was it due to bad technique??

Besides the experience, he completely lacks endurance now. with a rest-day tomorrow and only 5days remaining. He can just put himself in the groupetto and build up some endurance. Of course that is only possible if he isn't running on fumes... which is unclear.
He did do an altitude training in Pardollano in the Sierra Nevada along with Almeida. I don't know how the climbs are there though.Anyone know where Remco did the majority of his training prior to the Giro?
I didn't pay attention to it but heard or read that he trained in the Ardennes ...and with the team around Calpe, Spain and on Tenerife. I'm guessing that's not all, as it's not the best prep for the mountains of the Giro. There's like one big climb in Tenerife with passable gradients.
The uniqueness of GT's 3rd week stress and load could actually be quite harmful if you're so underprepared (even if not that much exhausted or injured). I've never heard anyone racing Giro just for the unique training conditions it provides in 3rd week.
Yes, he obviously lacks endurance (that'd be a miracle if he wasn't), but why to build it up during Giro? (I'm also reffering to him doing this Giro at all). Training camps, a series of one-day races, 1-week races are the places when you build your endurance.
Why Slovenians are not doing the Giro as a preparation for the Tour, if it really is that beneficial? Why they actually decided not to do much racing and prepare calmly in a more controlled conditions of the training camps?
It should have been like that since stage 1, but it's better late than never.Let's hope he stays in the giro so he can help the leader
After Sestola, Ascoli, Campo Felice I heard that he's a diesel who will only make up time on these long climbs. Where are all those deluded people today..

Twice.Well Ullrich did onceHe did everything on his own tempo back than. Only in the TT he tried his best and all other stages were like training rides for him.
Nah you heard people unwilling to make conclusions about longer climbs based on Evenepoel not being explosive. That was not an unreasonable stance. After Sestola, Ascoli, Campo Felice I heard that he's a diesel who will only make up time on these long climbs. Where are all those deluded people today..
