Man who won a grand tour is apparently not grand tour material . OK manWell, if he imploded and lost 27 minutes, he simply isn't GT material. Come on.

Dude WTFI'm talking about being exciting during the Vuelta and that he brings a lot of value to a GT
I can only laugh at this. First of all, you have no clue what Remco was still capable of that day. If he was able to only lose 1-2min. Secondly, this notion that he suddenly isn't a GT rider anymore is laughable. He'll definitely win another GT in his career, and I expect him to ride podium in the next TDF if everything goes according to plan (no crashes, illness or ...)
Many won a GT and are NOT GT material. To be a constant GT racer for top spots, you need a lot more then Remco has right now. And they don't flop for half an hour in a stage.Man who won a grand tour is apparently not grand tour material . OK man
Roglič stays with JV (contract). JV will not let him ride TdF, they don't want the drama from Vuelta. When Roglič goes to another team, he'll be too old to compete for top spots anyway.First of all it will be interesting to see which team Roglic is riding for next year and if he will even be at the Tour.
With the anonymous sources from within Jumbo team Hotel saying it’s issues between Vingegaard and Roglic I can definitively see a situation where Vingegaard doesn’t want Roglic with him in the Tour next year.
what does it take to be a constant GT races for top spots, as that’s obviously what you think is necessary for being GT material?. To be a constant GT racer for top spots
He is El Patron after all. Yelling orders to other riders from other teams. Crashing into innocent bystanders. Fading spectacurarly. Giving his opinion in the media every day.Is that because of the media attention or because of his actual racing? How much did he really contribute to the racing in the Giro? He's done one great mountain raid in the Vuelta, and won a mountain sprint. But if you're talking about someone who's really involved in the front end of the race, I'd say for example Cian Uijtdebroeks has been the more relevant young rider. As has Juan Ayuso, of course.
Roglic would unfortunately have to be at the Tour next year and if he’s still with Jumbo, the odds aren’t in his favor unless something happens to Vinge. And which of the two GTs do you think best predicts how strong Rogla will be in the Tour next year?
In his favour for what? To go well in GC? To beat Evenepoel there?Roglic would unfortunately have to be at the Tour next year and if he’s still with Jumbo, the odds aren’t in his favor unless something happens to Vinge.
The cleaning lady?First of all it will be interesting to see which team Roglic is riding for next year and if he will even be at the Tour.

I think he means the odds in favour for being selected for the Tour team.In his favour for what? To go well in GC? To beat Evenepoel there?
A lot of talk and NO information. Journalism at it's best. The cleaning leady?
Rogla has Vuelta and Giro. Tour is missing in his palmaresIn his favour for what? To go well in GC? To beat Evenepoel there?
Maybe she was one of the two:The cleaning lady?
Roglic can’t podium a race that he doesn’t take part in. Which like I said if he stays on Jumbo and something doesn’t happen to Vinge, isn’t likely. In his favour for what? To go well in GC? To beat Evenepoel there?
"A public relations nightmare". Yeah, if your team is the only team that matters in the race, of course the negative gets magnified as well. I wouldn't call that a PR nightmare, but rather a result of how the media function these days.Maybe she was one of the two:

He looks like the least affected by famine, thoughHe is the third world of cycling
And who knows, maybe he's also able to go for it on SaturdayOnly a finish in Madrid away from being the KOM of this Vuelta. It's not what he came for or what we desire from him, but after the stage 13 implosion it's testimony to his mental strenght and hunger to set new goals. Kudos. Let's see if he can add a third stage victory, which would make this specific GT all in all a success.
Didn't know Roglic had publicly demanded leadership in the 24 TDF.Maybe she was one of the two:

It is, but on the other hand: on that very same Tourmalet stage Almeida had an implosion of sorts as well, but he rode through it for 100 kms on his own and saved his GC. That could maybe have been more interesting for Evenepoel fans, to see what he's really capable of against the best guys on Angliru, for instance. Rather than being part of breakaways where, on paper, he's by far the best climber.Only a finish in Madrid away from being the KOM of this Vuelta. I think he cares more about his stage wins. 2 at the moment, but maybe after Sunday he's at 4.It's nice to win the KOM jersey I guess, but, unless you win it as a GC contestant, it means very little. It wasn't really contested and it's not surprising that Remco could win it once he's allowed to go into breaks... It's a consolation prize, at best. I would quietly collect it and move on.
